Jason Burgbacher and Chad Young met as co-workers at a nonprofit in 2013. Chad working in print and web design and Jason working in programming and coding they both brought an important part of what makes a good web design team. Tunnel Vision Design was formed in 2018 and has continued to grow in Kentucky and other states alike.

For the past 18 years, Jason has demonstrated proven success while developing software, creating standards, and managing projects for government, for-profit, and non-profit organizations. He is well-versed with the WordPress platform as well as front-end and back-end software development. Jason has contracted with Toyota North America, The Council of State Governments, and the Administrative Office of the Courts, providing Angular and .NET development using agile methodologies. Jason was an adjunct instructor teaching upper level web design at Georgetown College.

He currently serves as a Senior Web Designer at Tunnel Vision, where he leverages his expertise to drive online success for the company’s growing client list. Prior to joining Tunnel Vision, Chad held senior positions at the Council of State Governments and MediaWorks in Clarksville, Tennessee, where he demonstrated his proficiency in creating engaging, user-friendly websites and visually compelling designs.
Chad is fluent in WordPress, HTML, and a wide range of third-party plugins, enabling him to develop innovative and dynamic websites that meet the unique needs of each client. Since 2020, he has been actively developing his expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), understanding the critical role it plays in driving online visibility and success. Grant, the creative force behind River and Ridge Studio, launched his career after assisting Dean Bradshaw in LA. His work spans brands like Bulletproof Coffee, NextShark, and personalities like JellyRoll and Marie Kondo. Grant’s versatile skills in photography, videography, and FAA-certified drone piloting and diverse experiences has helped him round his skill set to face most any creative challenge.

Erica has accrued over a decade of brand development and management, successfully navigating projects ranging from small boutiques to a national hockey club. Dedicated to the art of strategic brand evolution, her expertise lies in creating timeless design solutions that resonate with precision and purpose. She currently works as the Marketing Director for Golly G’s, a growing local ice creamery in Middle Tennessee.
